Exposure Surveying are building diagnostic consultants, scientifically investigating the causes of timber decay and associated damp defects within buildings and structures, throughout the UK.We work in both the residential and commercial sectors, investigating defects in modern and historic buildings.These condition assessments are not limited to buildings, as we use the same investigatory techniques to assess bridges and other timber structures.Our aim is to provide an alternative to damp and timber treatment companies, giving clients long term solutions to damp related building defects without relying on the use of incautious chemical treatments and practise.
