Come and explore the Northumberland countryside and find out what seasonal wild foods can be found. On our wild food days you will learn how to find, identify and prepare the many edible wild plants and mushrooms that Northumberland has to offer. On our full day foraging courses you will learn to find and identify seasonal wild foods. In the morning we will explore different habitats for the best wild foods available, from spring greens and summer mushrooms to autumn berries and nuts. On our return we will prepare the days harvest in the wild food wagon into a delicious wild food feast
