Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a safe approach to health care which looks at the whole patient, not simply treating the problems, but improving the underlying health of the tissues. With a highly developed sense of touch the osteopath carries out treatment using manipulation, soft tissue stretching, rhythmic joint movements and gentle releasing techniques. Some of the conditions osteopathy can help with are neck, shoulder and back pain, migraine, sciatica and fibromyalgia, whiplash, arthritic stiffness and rheumatic pain, neuralgia, cramp and minor sports injuries.
