Mukund specialises in consultancy, tax, business development, and corporate group structures.

Head of Group Strategy and OperationsPrakash joined Affinity in 2011 with over 20 years in practice work, acquiring business know-how and managerial skills from successfully running several businesses in the past. Over the years, he has worked very closely with the founding partners at Affinity, establishing business processes successfully and helping make outsourcing an integral part of the organisation. His understanding of the unique needs of businesses, especially in the accounting sector, has helped him set-up the entire back-office function and put systems in place including at the core practice in Wembley. He now serves as the Head of Group Strategy and Operations and is involved and committed to the organisation’s planning and implementation of policies to achieve their long-term goals and missions fairly and inclusively.

Head of Group Business Development & MarketingChris, armed with a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance, embarked on his professional journey in 2012. By 2015, he became a Chartered Certified Accountant. Chris enriched his portfolio working in the audit departments of renowned accountancy firms: MHA MacIntyre Hudson and Wilkins Kennedy/Azets. His tenure at these firms, which underwent mergers and acquisitions, provided him insights into the M&A landscape. In 2020, Chris took the helm as Practice Manager at our subsidiary, Accounts Unlocked. Passionate about the practice acquisition market, he now spearheads our acquisition team and serves as the Head of Group Business Development and Marketing for Affinity Associates Group.
