We are pleased to announce that we have received delivery of a new Rottler cylinder head refacing machine. Due to the development of multi-layered head gaskets that require improved mating faces, itis essential that we have the best possible machine to achieve the correct surface finish.In order to maintain the finish quality we have purchased a Mitutoyo Surftest. This equipment electronically measures the surface finish and gives a roughness average of the machined part, which confirms the quality of work that has been achieved. The modern engine is a highly developed piece of equipment and must have the same refined quality when re-engineered, in order to retain its expected performance and reliability. It is with this in mind that our Company are determined to remain the premier engine re-manufacturer on the South Coast and deserving of its ISO9001:2000 certification.
