Most rooms are en-suite, and fully equipped with colour tv, towels, beverage trays, double glazing and central heating. All are tastefully decorated and provide soft seating as well. All rooms are doubles or twins ( we do not have any single rooms )Breakfast is usually served at 9am allowing those on holiday to relax but it can also be available earlier for those guest who require it. A full English breakfast or a vegetarian alternative ( with cereal, friut juice, tea/coffee, toast and preserves ) are always included in the price.We have a private, well stocked bar that is for guests use and a Guest Lounge with colour tv.All guests have their own keys and parking permits are available for the duration of your stay.We are situated in a quiet street inthe centre of Bridlington yet only 2 mins from the beach ( 2 award winning - Blue Flag ), bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping areas, swimming pool and amusements. The newly revamped Spa Royal Hall is only a leisurely 6 min walk from our front door. The beauty of the Yorkshire Heritage coastline, RSPB Bempton and the Wolds are all easily accessed from here and the Auld Strathaven is an ideal base fro visiting the area.We are happy to accommodate couples, friends, conference delegates, contractors and groups ( not stags and hens ) and can provide a secure yard for cycles and scooters.All bookings accepted for 2 or more nights.
