We dedicate a large amount of resources to maintaining and improving the quality of our properties.We have a comprehensive, responsive repairs service and we also run a number of improvement programmes throughout the year Members of the team are here to take your telephone calls Monday to Friday from 08:30 each morning until 5 pm each afternoon and we are open for personal callers from 9 am – 4 pm each day apart from Wednesday when we close at 3:30 pm for staff training An "outpost" of our South West Area Housing Office, located at 15a Dickens Road,the surgery is open for all tenant enquiries Getting involved in the communities we serve by attending residents group meetings and taking part in community events Both you and we have responsibilities and obligations towards repairs
