FORMER CAR PARK DEVELOPED INTO NEW BUILD - 21 APARTMENTS WITH IN RETAIL IN THE GROUND FLOOR. On this exciting project we worked hand in hand with the Croydon Council and Housing Association. The project was presented by them to us, with an extremely tight budget, considering the amount of work that was needed to take place. We managed to overcome the issue of the tight budget and not only produce stunning, bright apartments, but we also managed to produce fantastic, open commercial units. The location of the project brought its own problems. Lombard House is located directly next to a major roundabout, meaning the logistical side of the project took extensive planning. We needed to ensure our material deliveries had no issues accessing the site and also the entry and exit points for the contractors were easily available at all times. Working extremely closely with the Croydon Council, we once again managed to overcome the logistical challenge and the outcome of the project speaks for itself. Not only have we given the housing association a beautiful building, but we have also lifted the expectations of future developments within the local area. With out stunning new development we have made the area a better place to live for not only the existing residents but also for the new families that would be looking to move into the community.

NEW BUILD - 2 LUXURY HIGH SPECIFICATION DETACHED 6500SQFT HOUSES. Each house is set over four-storeys including six spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, a stunning basement cinema room and gymnasium with light well, games room, large double garage and driveway. The rear of each property extends out through bi-folding doors to a designer landscaped stepped garden with terrace, patio and lawn areas.

NEW BUILD - CARMINE COURT - 31 APARTMENTS - HIGH SPECIFICATION This development of 33 apartments started construction at the end of March 2013 and took up to 14 months to complete. A mixed-use development comprising 33 studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments together with 4866 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor. The site sits in the car park of the former "Rayners" public house. The pub was refurbished in keeping with its original style and character which was previously a well-known and popular haunt for local residents for many years. The pub was eventually sold to an educational facility in Spring 2016.

The OEH Group purchased this beautiful piece of land with outline planning permission to build 4 four-bedroom homes. Each of these high specification homes will come with a spacious double garage, parking, front and back gardens.
LES OLIVES REFURBISHMENT
Now one of the leading restaurants within Northampton, the former Doddridge School for Boys underwent a full back to brick refurbishment by S&R. We were carefully selected for this project due the to experience that our company boasts. Within the heart of the town centre, sheep street, hosts this beautiful grade II listed property. Due to the nature of preforming refurbishments to listed buildings, it quickly presented an exciting challenge to S&R. With new methods of building needed, the team's creativity was essential to create modern methods using traditional construction techniques. For any construction company this would present a huge challenge. S&R worked hand in hand with the Northampton Historical Commission to ensure the refurbishment met all criteria set out. S&R revitalised this beautiful building and brought it forward into the 21st century whilst managing to keep the history and character of the building intact.
