We are delighted that we can now offer our new product of face-to-face feedback that has been designed as an alternative to computer based anonymous 360 degree systems. Our aim is to make 2WayTrust Feedback an international market-leader in corporate feedback systems in 2008. The inspiration behind it is to create a relatively safe space within which people can say difficult stuff to each other about their behaviour. It has the potential to transform teamwork as individuals take on greater responsibility for leaving behind unhelpful habits.
