Charles Lodge features a collection of 49 exclusive one and two bedroom apartments along with landscaped gardens and an Owners' Lounge for socialising with neighbours and friends. We are also excited to bring an exclusive collection of 7 two bedroom retirement cottages to Bewick Court. We also have a collection of 7 two bedroom cottages in Evesham which typically attract purchasers that want the benefits of living alongside like minded neighbours, in addition to maintaining a life of independence. You have the option to be part of the main Lodge community if you wish via a small club membership fee which allows you to benefit from the community activities and events, but this is completely optional. These cottages are part of a wider retirement community featuring a collection of 49 one and two bedroom apartments at Charles Lodge..
