With a Board reflecting grassroots experience and a staff imbued with a person centred approach, we have achieved high quality standards that are driven by a determination to constantly learn. We have also amassed unique expertise in developing innovative approaches, participant development and building local and international networks. But perhaps what sets us apart is our cultural spirit that continues to shape Springboard as we move through the years. A cultural spirit arising from a synergy of our ethos and values that remains a touchstone in what we do, why we do it and how we act.
