Another Fantastic Dance Freestyle from Surrey Swing
Swing Dancing as taught at G live Guildford on a Monday night and Jive at Stoughton Social Club on a Wednesday is gaining in popularity thanks in part to the Strictly Come Dancing BBC show and this is clearly demonstrated by the rising numbers coming to The Surrey Swing Dance Society's monthly dances. The next one is at the Farnham Memorial Hall, GU9 7EE from 8pm & will include music for both Jivers and Lindy-Hoppers as well as a little latin and ballroom. Even if you cannot dance, it's worth coming for the music alone, and there are free teas and cakes to keep you going. You may bring your own nibbles and something a little stronger to drink, and there's a large free car park at the hall. The next Dance is on 23rd November at 8pm. £9 on the door.
