Lin has been chosen to audition in Nottingham for new TV Series Rosemary Shrager's School for Cooks
We would like to inform you that Lin had a phone call from the production company RDF Television last night to inform her that she has beenselected to take part as a contestant in a new ITV1 cooking programme called Rosemary Shrager's School For Cooks which will be broadcast later in the summer. Filming will commence the first week in May at Rosemary's Cooking School which is located at Swinton Park, Rippon, North Yorkshire.With 4 Red Stars and 3 Rosettes awarded by the AA for excellentfacilities, high levels of service and quality of cuisine, this is one of the highest rated hotels in Yorkshire and Cumbria.Swinton Park is the ancestral home of the Cunliffe-Lister family and is set in 200 acres of parkland, lakes and gardens. The castle is surrounded by the family estate in which guests have access to rivers, reservoirs, moorland, dales and the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Rosemary along with her television career, writing and acting as a "freelance head chef" at large private functions, Rosemary Shrager, the ebullient and vivacious chef, has been running her cookery School for six years to wide acclaim. It was recently voted one of the top ten cookery schools in the UK . In 2003, she moved her school from Amhuinnsuidhe Castle in theHebrides to Swinton Park, a luxury castle hotel in North Yorkshire.Swinton Park's converted Georgian stables house the traditionallydecorated kitchen which has been designed to the highest specification.
