Precision Bending
At ADS Laser Cutting we use only state of the art equipment whilst taking quality control very seriously. This means that whenever you take out a precision bending service with us you will get the same exacting standards, every time. Using our TRUMPF press breaks you can be confident there will be no interface issues, nor problems with the quality or precision, and due to the automated systems we use there will always be minimal handling costs. When we perform any of our precision bending we pay special attention to the angles of the bend. We employ highly accurate sensors to ensure we get identical positions, every time. To ensure there is no deviation in the angle along the length of the bend we use black gauges and various tools which guarantee accuracy at every stage.
