Because this is out of hours we charge £18 an hour for two cleaners to take on the challenge!  Two cleaners are used for security due to it being late at night or early mornings but bear in mind this will also get the job done faster and keep the costs down. Our aim is to get the place Pristine by 09:00am the next morning - as long as we can get in their in time! We will even call you to let you know of any damage done to the inside of the property or stains/ wall damage we were unable to rectify for you. For a small additional fee we can even clean the carpets, oven and cooker for you.  You need not check before new tenants move in!
