If you wish to pay via a cheque then we will be more than happy to take your order please contact us to let us know. Please allow 7-14 days for orders to be dispatched. Returns Policy You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge. If you cancel an order because you may have changed your mind, then a 10% handling charge will be charged. If the error is ours then we shall give you a full refund including any costs associated with postage.The shipping charge is not refunded. All returns must be authorised First Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be checked before a refund is issued (ex shipping).Magpies Miniatures will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping) If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost. Your statutory rights are not affected. OUT OF STOCK POLICY Occasionally we may run out of a particular item. If it is included in your order we will contact you an estimated time of when we shall be receiving new stock in. If this is not an acceptable solution we will refund that part of your order.
