Display Energy Certificate
Public authorities must have a DEC for a building if all the following are true: (a) When a building is at least partially occupied by a public authority (e.g. council, leisure centre, college, NHS trust) (b) When a building has a total floor area of over 250 square metres (c) When a building is frequently visited by the public We are highly experienced in working with building managers to ensure that they are fully aware of the most cost effective route to achieving the highest possible grade in the shortest time possible.
