My baby massage classes and baby yoga classes are small and offer support, nurturing and fun times with your baby. They provide an opportunity for you and your baby to spend some quality time together in a relaxed environment. I provide everything you will need including mats, towels, award winning Hugs massage oil, toys and refreshments so you can just turn up with your baby. Classes run over a 4 to 6 week period, 1 session per week lasting 1 hour 30 minutes (approx.). Maybe you have older children and need some valuable one to one time with your new baby, or you are a first time mum and want some special time with your baby to learn the wonderful benefits that baby massage and baby yoga has to offer, or you are keen to meet new mums. Whatever the reason for joining my classes, you are sure to have a wonderful time during those precious first months of your baby's life.
