Wellsweigh Fitness is a family run business based in Colerne, nr Chippenham/Bath. We offer mobile Pesonal Training, nutrition plans & also run bootcamps. The company is run by myself, Dan Wells..... I am a Semi Professional rugby player who depends on fitness and strength in order to play rugby at this level. I am very passionate about eating the right food and doing the right exercise to achieve the results i want. As a personal Trainer, i assess the individual goals and work out a fitness and nutrition plan based on what they want to achieve, whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle or whether they have reached a plateau and need help to overcome it.
