Thanassi is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary specialising in plastic surgery of the face, breast and skin. Thanassi was educated at the Manchester Grammar School followed by Trinity College, Oxford University and King's College Hospital London. He was awarded a doctorate of medicine for his work in stem cells and regeneration. As a result of his research he is widely published and frequently speaks at international meetings. He offers a wide range of minimally invasive cosmetic surgery treatment at Alpha Clinic, the first cosmetic surgery clinic in the North East of Scotland.
