Kent PC's has it's own Broadband it's called Quickmail Broadband.It was set up to counter the growing number of broadband suppliers that impose limits and silly rules on the use of their broadband. These rules were making it difficult for our small business customers to use their broadband as they wanted to without incurring extra costs. Added to that were the 0870 high cost offshore "support" lines where having a non-technical conversation was hard enough without trying to explain about line attenuation or that the RADIUS server authentication had failed. So we took the decision to supply our own broadband. This is supplied to us from a number of wholesalers so that we can offer our Dual Broadband from two completely different suppliers to try to limit the points of failure. We are able to supply broadband right up to 24 Meg provided you have a local exchange that is capable of it.
