Dr Zoe Bamber is a qualified physiotherapist with 15 years of experience, she has been awarded a doctorate for her work in biomechanics and the prevention of ankle injuries. Her career spans both the NHS and private practice. In addition to her research work, for the last five years Zoe has lectured medical professionals on Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham Medical School.
Zoe’s work is not confined to research and education; she is passionate about helping patients to improve their function and reduce pain after injury or surgery. With a wide experience in a variety of settings including trauma, orthopedics, women’s health and rugby clubs, she is also proficient in massage and taping. Having been the county rugby physio and provided support at ultramarathons, she has experience of assisting high-level athletes as well as those recovering from hip and knee surgeries for arthritis.
