In May 2011, the Red Hot World Buffet in Manchester, the largest buffet restaurant in Europe opened its doors to the public for the first time. Prestige Catering Equipment were proud to be the exclusive installers on this huge project, fitting every piece of kitchen equipment, as well as huge task of the installing it's ventilation system and fire suppression system.
