Inventory Service
Inventory Service We have added inventories due to a request from one of our estate agency clients. In one of our regular meetings he commented that lots of time is wasted at end of tenancy with multiple people having to attend a property between check out inspection and a ready to move in rental property. We offer a check out, clean and inventory service that means one visit does the lot! Call our team today to discuss pricing and your requirements.

Testimonials
End of tenancy cleans
We have been using Fine Shining for our end of tenancy cleaning as our last cleaners became unreliable and were adding costs that we had not agreed. Fine Shining came highly recommended by a business associate so we tried them out and it is the best decision that we have made. The quality of work is exceptional and they are flexible and will move things around to help us out at short notice. Vince and Nicky are extremely professional and easy to work with and we love the before and after photos that they supply with every invoice as standard.
House Cleaning
My experience with Vince Stephenson of Fine Shining was positive from the moment we met. I have used their services a number of times, they are punctual, professional and good value for money - I intend to keep using their cleaning services where possible. Thank you Vince
Letting agent cleaning
Working as an estate agent for 16 years I have been through many cleaning companies. Fine shining is now our chosen company. Deep Clean or quick room on a shared house nothing is to much trouble and the work is always completed to a high standard. I'm so confident in there work I no longer have to check over like I have with previous companies.
Commercial cleaning
Great service received from Fine Shining, would highly recommend them for cleaning very professional in approach.
