S R Drinnan Optometrists, delivering a high standard of eye care to Oswestry, Llangollen and Ellesmere for more than 30 years. Stay healthy with regular eye examinations by our expert opticians. We can supply you with a wide range of contact lenses to suit your individual requirements. From semi-rimmed, budget to designer brands we will have the frame to suit you. It is important to have your eyes checked regularly with an eye examination, as this is an important part of eye healthcare. Our expert opticians will not only be able to test your eyesight to check for any necessary corrective conditions, such as short-sightedness and long-sightedness, but also to check on how healthy your eyes are. Our eye tests will take between 20 and 30 minutes, with our optometrist assessing the general health of your eyes and identifying any underlying medical problems. We will use a tonometer to test the fluid pressure in your eyes, and if required, we will take digital retinal photographs and visual field tests. Then you want to wear contact lenses to correct your eyesight. At S R Drinnan Optometrists we have a wide range of contact lenses to suit every eye condition, whether you are short-sighted or long-sighted. We have contact lenses to suit every budget, and offer daily disposables or monthly contact lenses by all of the biggest names in the industry. We can supply you with daily, monthly, and monthly extended wear disposable contact lenses. Daily lenses are thrown away after one day's use, monthly disposables can be worn for up to a month, providing they are cleaned each night. Extended wear lenses can be worn for 30 consecutive nights.
