Welcome to Balance - helping you balance your life with professional clinical aromatherapy, acupressure and seated chair massage. In this busy world we live in, we do not always find the time to look after ourselves physically or emotionally. By accessing aromatherapy, acupressure or seated chair massage you allow yourself a little time in order to do this. Many clients seek treatments which may help support them with issues such as tension headaches, insomnia, back ache, muscular aches and pains, IBS and RSI to name but a few. Some simply see it as a chance to unwind from a busy week whilst others find regular treatments promote well being and reduce illness and stress. At Balance, treatments are influenced by western understanding of massage and the scientific aspects of essential oils and an eastern (Traditional Chinese Medicine and Japanese) perspective. All aromatherapy or aromatic acupressure treatments use high quality and ethically sourced, organic or wild sourced pure essential oils.Balance has a private practice in Milton Keynes and also provides corporate work to businesses in the Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire regions. Talks to groups and evening and weekend appointments are available.
