Spie Fondations is part of the Spie Batignolles Group and one of the largest geotechnical contractors in Europe. We have the technical and operational resources to deliver the most complex of foundations solutions. Our speciality is deep foundations, large basements, and shafts, for which we utilise an array of specialist techniques. These include: Diaphragm Walls: mechanical grabs, hydraulic grabs, and rock cutters Rotary Bored Piles: up to 2.5m diameter with temporary casings, bentonite slurry, and base grouting CFA Piles: up to 1.2m diameter and to depths of 30m+ Steel Tube Piles: up to 24m lengths, top driven, vibrated and screwed Mini Piling and Anchors: restricted access, rotary percussive drilling, multistrand anchors Grouting: permeation, compaction, compensation, fissure, and jet grouting, Ground Improvement: stone columns, concrete columns, and rigid inclusions We are particularly interested in collaboration and partnerships where we offer a proactive and innovative approach toward a successful bid and project delivery.
