Domestic Energy Assessments
Energy Performance Certificates are required by law to be commissioned and shown by Landlords to prospective Tenants. EPCs can only be produced by accedited Energy Assessors. Failure to do so can result in a £200 fine by Trading Standards. EPC need also to be included in the Home Information Pack produced for vendors of domestic properties.
