Cocoon Vehicles specialises in Car Subscriptions and Short-Term Leasing for Business and Personal customers in the UK. Whether you need a stop-gap vehicle to cover a probation period or you have a seasonal need for a vehicle.

The process with Cocoon Vehicles is really simple. Find the car you are interested in on our website, you can then apply online as a business or a personal customer.

Your application will then go to our underwriters to carry out Identity and Credit checks. They may request additional documentation to support your application and to comply with regulations.

Once we have an approved credit line, we can then order the vehicle for you. An order form will be sent to you for E-sign and we will request the first month's rental, documentation fee and refundable deposit (where applicable).

We will also ask you to set up a Direct Debit and provide a backup payment method. It is important to keep a payment mandate in place at all times during your contract.

Once we have a confirmed delivery date and depending on the contract, you will be required to sign a Master Hire Agreement and Rental Agreement, we will ask you to sign this along with providing your certificate and schedule of insurance.

On the day of delivery, we will provide you with an ETA, this can be anywhere between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm. All delivery times are dependent on traffic and location.
