We operate as a commercial undertaking seeking to be financially viable through our trading income, and we offer a range of workplace activity requiring varying skills levels so as to have something to offer everyone, wherever they are at in their journey back into work Although our work is supported in part by public and private funders, aided by a dedicated team of volunteers and contributors, we recognise the need for us to become self supporting through business activities All we ask is that each member gives it their very best shot and can respect and support other team members when and where necessary
