Pennant have recently been commissioned by an Essex Local Authority to assist with pre-planning design and the preparation of a Transport Statement relating to a development of 35 residential units.Once again, our Clients see the benefits to engaging a Consultancy with extensive experience of working with and alongside Local Authority Highways and Planning services, to enable developments proceed through the Planning process as smoothly as possible.
