The Social Servant is the UK's most cost effective Social Media design and management service. We're based in Norwich and work with a variety of clients throughout the UK, from small corner-shops to blue chip companies operating worldwide.Social Media is much more than Twitter and Facebook, it's a lens into the future of relationships between customers and businesses. Hosting a dynamic Facebook presence and active Twitter stream does not make a business social, neither does posting constant adverts and offers online. So what does? A social business is one with a built up online community, created simply by connecting, engaging and adapting with the audience. These communities don't arrive overnight as they are far from instant, however, once established they are more powerful and personal than any other form of advertising. Not every business owner or marketing manager has the time to stay on top of their social media marketing.
