Positive feedback from customers
  Two happy customers update us with their progress. Interestingly both went just for Survey 1, enough to get the installer company to take their complaint seriously....John T from Edinburgh writes today to say "Great - thank you for the pictures, just what was required. You asked for an update.... Finally xxxxx  came back out to see us and have agreed that the install wasn't done properly - blaming a sub-contractor!
