I work in an integrative way, using Transactional Analysis (TA) as the basis of my work. I am in advanced Clinical training as a Psychotherapist and have worked with children, adults and families for over 12 years. The approach I use is based on how we use communication and looks at the patterns of behaviour that we have developed from childhood. In therapy the sessions will enable you to understand, reflect and identify negative, unhelpful patterns in your life and give you the opportunity to make positive changes. I work with adults, children and young people. I am registered with, and adhere to the ethics and practices of; the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and ITA (Institute for Transactional Analysis).
