St Philips Engineering is an independent inspection agency managed by a qualified and certified pressure vessel inspector. The owner/user's quality assurance inspection management system and inspection program shall control our inspection activities. St Philips Engineering will be responsible to the owner/user to assure that inspection, NDE, and pressure testing activities meet API 510 requirements. We are directly involved in field inspection activities to ensure that procedures are followed.
