Adult Social Care Direct is a contact centre, providing one single point of contact across East Sussex for Adult Social Care services. We can:> provide information or leaflets > take applications so our specialist workers can assess what services you may need > point you to other social care agencies, and > put existing customers in touch with their worker.Adult Social Care Direct provides help for adults who find it difficult to manage daily tasks in the home.
