We know there are far too many lettings agents out there who take on properties in poor states of repair and charge tenants as much as they can to live in them This means we can keep our costs down and pass on the savings to tenants in lower application fees and to landlords in lower tenant finding fees and monthly management charges Currently we are working exclusively in the Greater Manchester area and plan to expand to other parts of the country as our business grows
