High quality hoist maintenance, service, inspection and repair. The Hoistpital have great facilities at their Bedfordshire unit. Firm focus on servicing and load testing most types of hoists, includung electrical chain hoists. Our inspection programme includes a thorough inspection of the external and internal features of the hoist, followed by a detailed maintenance routine that locates any failing elements. All inspection and service points are recorded by the Service Engineer, the hoist is then load tested to 25% of its SWL. If the equipment is observed to be safe whilst moving and braking under load, a report is submitted and a certificate formulated around the information provided.
