We have a passion for Pilates and living life to the fullest. We love to travel too so our Pilates Holidays are the perfect combination of both, combining exercise, fresh air, great food and lots of fun! London based mat classes,1-1's and regular workshops. Working with the classical Mat work and repertoire we aim to teach from beginners to Advanced the Pilates Method as authentically as possible, We also run regular Pilates Weekends in Italy throughout the year, Some experience of Pilates is required.
