Timber Hill Health Centre, Norwich We are looking to create a group of around eight Patients who attend quarterly meetings to discuss changes in the Health Centre and also to make suggestions for any changes they feel may be useful and we will also include discussions on any current national health issues that may effect the wider community We welcome applications to register with the Health Centre GP Practice from patients residing in our practice catchment area Our NHS Walk In Service may be accessed, without charge, by anyone entitled to NHS Services whether registered with us, another practice or not NHS registered at all
