My name is Abbie I am disabled with very poor mobility and when first diagnosed in 2015 this led to mental health issues with depression and anxiety setting in where for several months I barely left the house. Through this message and this page, I have developed I am aiming to show you there is hope. I have done it so can you! However, I decided I could not live my life this way and decided to fight back So through careful research and trial and error I started to use various strategies and well-being products I have then used to base my little website on. These strategies have helped me through easing the stress and the tensions in my body. Along with medication I managed to go back to work part time which was a big step forward for me and though I still come home absolutely drained every day and often need several hours sleep to recover. Night times I now use these bundles or combinations of these products which do relax, de-stress and ease. The next stage in my journey I decided as an additional coping mechanism was to help others. This has certainly boosted my health, happiness, and well-being. This is why I started this website to promote relaxation and natural remedies along with personal advice through experience to help and guide others in the same situation as me and to show there is hope and products which can make a difference. Yet I still consider myself blessed. I have a loving family a support network and a good supporting employer so I decided as well as helping people I would give back to people less fortunate than myself.
