Family owned and operated, the bakery retains its traditional values of quality and service. The recipes for a lot of the products made today have not changed for decades!Wherever possible we use local ingredients from local suppliers; as examples of this all the meat we use in our savoury pies is supplied by the village butcher and all our cheese is from the Forest Of Bowland Cheesery.We bake fresh bread, tea cakes, savoury pies, fruit pies, cakes and pastries six-days a week, all of which are available from our retail shop at the front of the premises. Our savoury pie range, both individual and family sizes, is also available from Speak's Butchers in Read and Padiham.We design and handcraft beautiful bespoke celebration cakes and we provide outside catering services for parties etc. We also supply bread and savoury pies wholesale to a number of local businesses.
