Learning Performance began in 1992 and was inspired by the Directors, Roger and Heather Starbuck's personal experience with education. In collaboration with, John Dibley, an Australian educationalist, they developed a series of techniques designed to make learning easier for ALL students. The core philosophy of Learning Performance is no matter what the student's academic ability they can achieve anything once they know these essential study skills. Learning Performance continues to be a family run business with Carrie Starbuck as Operation Director, David Starbuck as Education Director, and Jamie and Richard Starbuck as Creative Directors. Our 40 + strong team of presenters and our office staff are passionate about education and our techniques which are proven to make learning easier and fun!
