For a number of years we’ve been established here in South Wales as both a manufacturer and designer of Steel storage and Metal stillage systems for materials handling. By liaising with your Health and Safety teams, fabricating to strict industry requirements and design guidelines we’re able to meet and exceed your specifications. Our profile stillages for the Upvc and Metal industry are available to order in almost any length, width or depth. For the Automotive industry (for example) we produce both Tyre Stillages and Parts Stillages and a huge variety of shapes and sizes. Our highly trained team of welders and fabricators have over 100 years of experience between them in the metal fabrication industry. Able to work to plans and detailed drawings, in dedicated welding bays with the latest equipment in laser metal cutting at their disposal. Our factory also has large scale warehousing and secure storage facilities for managing supply and satisfying both long term orders and supplying from stock We can supply many items from stock (see www.bluetrolley.com) or produce bespoke stillages to meet your deadlines, liaising closely to ensure we meet specifications and integrate our deliveries with your production processes. We’re effectively production partners with many clients, fabricating and supplying stillages, metal racking, steel storage bins and cages to pre-specified requirements and time targets.
