Cornish Castle Property Management have been involved in Residential Lettings in the Truro and Falmouth areas of Cornwall for over10 years and have become highly respected by both Landlords and tenants. We offer a fully tailored service to suit both tenants and landlords needs and do not simple have 2 service options like many agents. We us you will pay for only what you want and can be fully involved in the whole process, or alternatively pass everything over to us to handle. We work evenings and weekends, showing prospective tenants around properties at times they can manage, and when most other letting agents are closed! We operate to strict codes of practice and are members of both the UK Association of Letting Agents and the Property Ombudsman. We are fully insured as you might expect including Client Money Protection. Please do talk with us to discuss your needs and should you wish, we can provide details of other landlords and tenants to provide references.
