Fathima - CheltenhamWhen I first went to Adrian I was suffering with severe back pain. I had been to see several osteopaths with no relief. After Adrian had reviewed my history and a thorough assessment, even regarding my work habits. Adrian gave me a corrective programme to strengthen my back and build my confidence again. It taught me to lift and move correctly without putting a lot of strain on my back and to be able to correct my posture while sitting or standing whilst being conscious of it. I was able to ease a lot of my pain with exercise and learnt how to handle my jobs with correct posture, increased strength and lifting the correct way. It greatly reduced my pain. I found the exercise very helpful and thanks to Adrian''s advice was able do my job again, I am happy to be able to move freely. The thing I liked about the programme was that it is broken down to my ability and was designed around my needs. Yes I would definitely recommend Adrian to anyone who has any kind of back or neck problem as he is very good, and very patient, and gives you a lot of encouragement. I would certainly recommend him. Notes during a follow up session: My back pain is gone, I don't feel it there anymore.Katrina - Cheltenham I recently had an assessment and started a programme with Adrian after having major back surgery. After a long day at work my back was feeling particularly uncomfortable and sor. We started the flexibility sessions that day and some mild exercises together. The following day I had absolutely no pain or discomfort in my lower back which was wonderful. We are only at the beginning but already looking forward to what's to come.Frankie - SwanseaAs for progress, the last few weeks I really have noticed a difference in my energy levels, physique (muscles more defined and feeling stronger) and general well-being. I am loving the exercises and really look forward to my sessions in the gym. Last Sunday I felt the best I have felt in years. Just buzzin for no particular reason. I think it is a combination of the exercises, the supplement / nutrition programme and also getting more rest.Zoe - CheltenhamHaving had back problems in my mid thirties I was advised by my doctor to come off pills and seek alternative methods. Pilates was suggested to me and I started a few classes but found that I couldn't do the main floor exercises. A friend mentioned she went to Adrian to help strengthen her core muscles and suggested I look into it. Since then I haven't looked back. With Adrian''s help and discipline to design programmes that suit my individual needs, I am able to maintain and control my back pain, allowing me to lead a virtually pain free life. I really enjoy our sessions and can feel the difference. Thanks to all of his hard work I am now starting Pilates classes again, as my back keeps strengthening and my core muscles seem to be coming together. I would highly recommend working with Adrian.Gerwyn - Cardiff After only a few weeks on his programme - I feel I'm  walking much better and it feels like a weight has been taken from my thighs when I'm walking, it feels much easyer. My upper body feels so much looser and my lower back doesn't hurt like before. Thanks GKatrina - Cotswolds If it wasn't for Adrian I wouldn't be here doing the things I'm doing.Adrian has given me encouragement and motivation to carry on, he is brilliant. He always gets the best out of me.When I first saw Adrian, my back was in a really bad way and I didn't know what to do. Adrian started by giving me exercises to do, which have really strengthened my back.I was also taking quite a few painkillers to easy my pain, but with Adrian''s help and encouragement, I have managed to cut down the painkillers and now only take them when I need them.Adrian always cares about my health and all his clients. It was the best move I have made by going to Adrian, because if I hadn't I wouldn't be where I am today and he has given me the strength to carry on with my daily life, and has kept me at work. I know that I will only keep getting stronger with his helpRuth - Gloucester I have been going to the gym and exercising regularly for about ten years now.  I am not very young, just 76 years old but I really do want to stay agile and flexible for as long as possible. Five years ago my husband died and I lost my lifetime best friend.  I did not cope very well and found myself in a very dark place where I shut the door on life and couldn't face what was going on around me.   I was depressed and fearful of everything. I was having panic attacks, I was stressed and couldn't cope with people around me. I started going to the gym my daughter-in-law went to. I could not face going back to the gym my husband and I had been attending. She told me about Adrian, he had helped her with a back problem. I plucked up the courage to ask Adrian if he would give me an assessment and sort out a new exercise programme for me.  I
