Testimonials

Thank you!

After many many years of seeing different therapist or councilors and trying to 'struggle through' with daily anxiety and long periods of overwhelming panic I knew I needed to do something. I needed to find someone who specialises in anxiety and panic, and that's when I found NOSA, and James. He took the time to ring and get to know me before booking our initial first meeting. James made me feel so comfortable and trusting in his knowledge and abilities, without it feeling like I was just another client, but someone he took the time to listen to and understand. He challenged me, but at my own pace and was able to show me how our automatic thinking can be reversed and you can live a life free from anxiety. It took some time, and was not all plain sailing, but James was so accommodating and I really felt I had someone on my side really routing for me. We started with James saying to me- when we finish I want you to be able to be your own therapist, and I can say that I am. Thank you

Very Helpful

James has a really good mix of method and empathy in his therapy. He will reassure you when things are tough but also remind you of the progress you are making and what you have learned. I really believe I have developed solid foundations to manage my mental health and cope with the inherent uncertainty in life.
