The Swan Inn is a privately owned premises providing a safe, traditional venue for eating and drinking in the centre of Shepton Mallet.By serving local ales to a high standard The Swan Inn has become the only premises in the town that is included in the 2010 CAMRA Good Beer Guide. The Swan Inn serves genuinely homemade food for over 85% of the menu and will tell you if something is not homemade before you order. The Swan Inn was awarded the Safer Socialising Award in January 2008 and is proud to be the first pub in Mendip accredited with this award. The staff will provide a friendly welcome and efficient customer service making the Swan Inn the perfect destination for special occasions, casual lunches or a pint and a friendly chat. At present meals are available within the bar but a dedicated dining area is being created. The Swan Inn also provides buffets and business breakfasts.
