Management Diploma level 3
The OCR Diploma in Management at level 3 covers the competence and knowledge suitable for a section manager, first line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager, senior supervisor or junior non-commissioned officer. Managers play an integral role in supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions such as; planning, allocating and monitoring work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets and managing customer service. You will learn about the Principles of leadership and management, Principles of People Management and the Principles of Business. The course usually takes 12 months to complete.
