Boot Camps
Cheshire Fitness will be running outdoor boot camps at Wilmslow High School, Cheshire, with the aim of giving you a fun and purposeful hour's exercise along with furthering your knowledge of nutrition and giving you an energy boost throughout the summer; though perhaps not immediately after the boot camp session!
